Please find below a description of our roles;

Lead Climber

As a lead climber you will have all of your tickets (CS30, CS31, CS38) and a proven track record including sound knowledge and understanding of all aspects of tree work, tree identification and leading on large jobs. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills in order to motivate a team and complete the job to the customer's satisfaction. You will also be able to demonstrate working towards your CPD. A clean driving license and towing license are an advantage although not essential.

Second Climber

As a second climber you will already have one of your tickets (CS30, CS31, CS38) with aspirations to work towards the others. You will be skilled in some areas including pruning, rigging, street works etc., with a willingness to develop any gaps you have.

You will need some experience of working in arboriculture although not necessarily in a climbing role. We are willing to help the right person develop their climbing skills to become an experienced climber and lead on small jobs. A clean driving license and towing license are an advantage although not essential.

Ground Crew

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of ground work to ensure that the job is completed in full and the site is left clean and tidy. This includes setting up on site, the removal of brash and logs, using equipment such as a chipper and stump grinder, blowing and sweeping and the cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

You will have excellent communication and team work skills. Aspirations to develop are an advantage.

A clean driving license and towing license are an advantage although not essential.
