Stump Grinding & Removal

With the latest stump grinding equipment, our expert team can remove the tree stump quickly and effectively with minimal disruption. Stump removal includes removing the stump and any lateral roots of the tree, after which we will level the hole with soil or grinding waste. From hand tools to stump grinders, we have it all to complete the stump removal task with ease.
When tree stump grinding we will set up an area around the tree stump with guards to prevent the grindings from scattering. This is for safety and to limit mess.
Tree Preservation Orders (TPO)
The UK has legislations that protects trees and woodlands. It gives Local Planning Authorities (LPA) wide powers to make Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) on a single tree or whole woodland.
The land owner remains responsible for the maintenance of their trees and any damage that they may cause. TPOs makes it an offence to cut down, uproot, prune, lop or damage any tree in question without first obtaining the Council's consent. Failure to do so can result in fines up to £20,000.
A Tree Preservation Order is a legality which must be adhered to. Many people can find the procedure of applying for maintenance consent daunting and confusing. We can help. We will contact the LPA on your behalf and gain the relevant permissions. We are also fully-qualified to carry out tree care in accordance with the relevant legislation and standards.
